Refund Policy

All VA.STUDIO products are part of limited drops, so once an item is sold out, it will not be restocked. Because of this, all sales are final. We recommend checking the size guide carefully before making a purchase to make sure you get the right fit.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We will work with you to either replace the item or provide a solution.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind, choosing the wrong size, or ordering the wrong item. Each piece is unique, and we want it to go to someone who truly values it.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning damaged items if instructed to do so. We take care to package items securely, but if a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
